Deposit: |
Provisional bookings to be confirmed by return with
a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the room tariff for one night. |

We do not accommodate children under the age of ten years. |

Pets: |
We do not accept pets. |

Parking: |
We offer limited parking for guests going to the Isles of Scilly
at £4.00 per day or garaging at £5.50 per day. Cars
are parked at vehicle owners' risk. |

Cancellation: |
The deposit is non-refundable. Should you have to cancel or curtail
your holiday at the Chy-an-Mor, we will make every effort to re-let
the room. If we are unable to do so an additional charge will be
levied - the Hotel's policy is in line with industry standards and
the following applies:

Cancellation Insurance: |
We strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance
to cover this eventuality. Full details of the Guest First scheme

Payment: |
Payment can be made by cash, sterling cheque, credit or debit cards.
If paying by cheque we require either a Bank Guarantee Card to cover
the full amount, or five clear working days. For payment by credit
card, there is a surcharge of 3%, but this does not apply to the deposit.
There is no surcharge if paying by debit card. |
