Terms

We guarantee all our guests a non-smoking environment in all our bedrooms and guest areas. Therefore if smoking is discovered in a bedroom an additional night's charge will apply to cover the fee for the following evening as the room will become unusable.

Booking Acceptance
We require a valid credit or debit card number before a booking can be accepted. We do not charge extra if using a credit card.

Cancellation Policy
We require 21 days notice of any cancellation. A lesser period of notice will result in a 75% charge of your whole stay if we are unable to re-let the room(s). We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover this eventuality. www.guestfirst.co.uk offers a suitable scheme.

Pets
We do not accept any pets apart from guide dogs.

Children
We regret that we do not accept children under the age of 14 years.
