…….is a special event here with plenty of choice on offer. Served in our bright spacious dining room which leads out to the garden. Tables are beautifully dressed with white table cloths and proper starched linen napkins placed in sparkling rings.
Our own marvellous marmalade is made here at chy-an-mor, as well as fruit compotes and yummy muffins. The traditional cooked breakfast is still a firm favourite but our ever changing menu offers lighter, healthier and sheer indulgent alternatives. Vegetarians have a imaginative choice at breakfast time and we aim to use the best local, fair trade and home-cooked produce we can obtain.
Breakfast times are
Monday to Saturday 7.30 to 9.00 hrs (early enough for the I.O.S ferry)
Sunday 8.00 to 9.30 hrs
Freshly cooked to order by Richard who is a City and Guilds trained Chef at Chichester Catering College. Having worked at various hotels and restaurants in Sussex, including the five star Grand hotel in Eastbourne and the Royal Norfolk in Bognor Regis. He has recently completed an intensive course at the renowned Ashburton cookery school in Devon.
